片語動詞

這堂課中我們學到了兩個「可分片語動詞」：crumple up 與 rip through。判斷可分或不可分大致上由動詞後是介系詞或是副詞來決定。兩者都使在動詞後接上方位副詞 (up) 與方向副詞 (through)，所以大致可以判斷是可分片語動詞唷！以下我們就介紹幾組與 “up"有關的片語動詞吧～

- Can you go tidy up the kitchen? The guests will be arriving in ten minutes.
你可以去整理一下廚房嗎？客人在十分鐘內就要到了。
- I'll go pick them up at the airport. When did you say they will arrive again?
